Cancellation & Refund Policy:

At MEWICI, we maintain strict quality checks before shipping products. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Product received in damaged condition
• Manufacturing defect

To request a return, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide the following details:
• Order ID
• Clear images of the product
• Images of the packaging

Product Condition
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase
• Discounted or clearance products
